-- Assists a Life Group Leader couple in facilitating the Group, and in shepherding the people.
-- Fills in for the Leaders when they’re gone.
-- Follows up with individual Group members at the Leader’s direction.
-- Assists with each semester’s outreach project.
-- Makes all Life Group Leader training meetings.
-- Helps the Leader Couple identify growth areas for members and prays for God’s timing on when/how to encourage these.
-- Models authenticity and constantly seeking to grow closer to Christ.
-- Makes availability to take a call or makes time for another member/couple who might need to talk or is in need of prayer.
-- Stays in full alignment with Current’s beliefs, Group strategy, and values.
-- Prerequisites are: A Background check, an interview/training, and 6 months of enthusiastic membership at Current.
