    The first smiling face guests often see. This team member might wave, directs traffic, assist families, offer shuttle service, and give a warm welcome before anyone even reaches the building. They help create a calm, friendly, and organized first impression.

     

    Parking First Time Guest Host

    When first time guests arrive and notate it is their first visit, this team member walks them into the lobby and shares information about the church while making a connection and providing a calming experience.  They will host them into the front doors and over to the first time guest check in or another greeter team member to guide them to the coffee counter, auditorium etc.

     

    Front Door Greeter

    Welcomes every person with genuine warmth and enthusiasm as they enter the building. This role helps guests feel seen, valued, and at ease from the moment they step inside. A simple smile and kind word here can set the tone for someone’s entire morning. 

     

    Auditorium Door Greeter

    Creates a smooth and inviting transition into the worship space. This team member maintains an atmosphere that feels warm and comfortable. They ensure no one walks into the room feeling alone.These greeters may also pass out material for service on occasion. 

     

    First Time Guest Host

    Provides intentional care and attention to those visiting for the first time. This role answers questions, offers guidance, and helps guests know what to expect. They will assist with First Time Guest Check In and First Time Child Check In.  Their goal is to turn a first visit into the beginning of a meaningful connection.

     

    Lobby Greeter and Host

    Engages with people in the lobby before and after services to create connection and community. This team member helps guide traffic flow, starts conversations, and makes sure no one is standing alone. They help transform the lobby from a pass-through space into a welcoming environment.

  • Coffee Counter Team

    The Coffee Counter Team will assemble and pass out coffee to church attendees at each service while providing a friendly and welcoming experience.  They will maintain creamer and sweetener supplies on the counter and assist guests as needed.

  • Stage Camera Operator

    Stage cameras move around the room with handheld cameras to capture different angles and give viewers a more dynamic view of the service. Arrival by 9am on Sunday

     

    Back Camera Operator

    Back cameras stay in one place and provide a consistent, reliable view of the worship, sermon, and room, helping viewers follow along smoothly on screens or online. Arrival by 9am on Sunday

     

    Media Tech (Slides)

    Manages and operates presentation slides during the service, ensuring lyrics, sermon points, and visuals are displayed correctly and on time for both the congregation and live stream. Arrival by 8:35am on Sunday

     

    Audio Tech

    Front of House Audio tech manages and mixes the live sound for the service, ensuring vocals, instruments, and spoken word are balanced and clear for the congregation. Some knowledge of audio is required. Arrival by 7:50am on Sunday

     

    Service Coordinator

    Manages the flow of the service, coordinates volunteers and MediaTech, and ensures worship, videos, sermon, and announcements run smoothly. Arrival by 8:40am on Sunday

     

    Broadcast Audio

    Manages the audio mix for live streaming and recorded broadcasts, using Pro Tools to ensure clear, balanced sound for online viewers. Arrival by 7:50am on Sunday

     

    Broadcast Video (Switcher)

    Operates the live video switcher, manages camera feeds, adjusts color correction, and ensures proper shot framing for worship, sermon, and service visuals. Arrival by 8:45am on Sunday

     

    All Production Volunteers must serve for both services.  New volunteers shadow an experienced team member for about 3–4 weeks, gradually practicing setup, operations, and troubleshooting. Once they can run their role confidently and follow service flow, they’re ready to volunteer independently.

  • Spanish Live Translation
    This volunteer provides live Spanish translation of the English service so Spanish-speaking attendees can fully engage in the message. All translation equipment is provided, and the volunteer listens to the service and translates in real time. This role helps ensure that language is never a barrier to experiencing the teaching and service.

  • Photographer

    Photography as needed for events regularly. Must have a photography portfolio; access to editing software is desired. Must have the ability to work within brand guidelines. Training is required for this opportunity.  

  • Sunday Nursing Home Volunteers

    Sunday Nursing Home Volunteers serve residents by bringing a simple Sunday worship service directly to the nursing home 1–2 times each month. Volunteers help residents get settled for the service, join them in worship, pass out communion, and spend time offering encouragement and individual prayer. This team creates a meaningful opportunity for residents to experience fellowship and the love of Christ right where they live. They will arrive offsite and serve 9:15am - 10:30am

  • Service Ushers

    Ushers will ensure that seating is available during each service, prepare and collect communion, pass the offering and count church attendance during service.  Arrival is 15 minutes prior to the start of the service.

  • Church Wide Meal Trains

    This team coordinates and supports meal trains for families in our church during times of need, celebration, or transition. Volunteers help by signing up for, providing meals, and delivering meals. Their care tangibly reflects the love of Christ by nourishing both body and soul during important seasons of life.

  • The Dive Teacher

    Develop relationships and lead small group lessons and activities for preteens. 

    A Background check and training plus 6 months of church attendance are required for this opportunity. 

     

    The Dive Large Group Leader 

    Prepares and delivers engaging weekly lessons for the 4th and 5th grade large group during Sunday services. This role helps create an energetic, Christ-centered environment where kids can learn and grow in their faith through teaching, discussion, and interaction. Volunteers serve during the Sunday service times of 9:15–10:30 AM and 10:45 AM–12:00 PM.  A background check, interview and training plus 6 months of church attendance are required for this opportunity.

     

    Kindergarten - 3rd Grade Teacher

    Develop relationships and lead small group lessons and activities.

    A background check and training plus 6 months of church attendance are required for this opportunity.

     

    Media Tech Team (Elementary)

    Run lights, sound, and graphics for Elementary large group worship time.

    A background check and training are required for this opportunity.

     

    Orange Room Teacher

    Develop relationships and manage a classroom environment of 3-4 year olds.  Lead pre-planned lessons, crafts and activities.  

    A background check and training plus 6 months of church attendance are required for this opportunity.

     

    Media Tech Team (Orange Room)

    Run sound and graphics for Orange Room large group worship and teaching time.

    A background check and training are required for this opportunity.

     

    Children’s Check-In Team

    Greet parents and kids, assist guests with check-in and be available for troubleshooting of church database related issues.

    A background check and training are required for this opportunity.

     

    Sea Turtle Room

    Care for our smallest church family members during services.  Rock babies, sing songs, play on the floor with toddlers.  

    A background check and training plus 6 months of church attendance are required for this opportunity.

     

    Dive Hallway Coordinator

    Greet parents and preteens, monitor hallway activity and assist with child pick up at the end of service.

    A background check and training plus 6 months of church attendance are required for this opportunity.

     

    Sub Hallway Coordinator

    Greet parents and kids, monitor hallway activity and assist with child pick up at the end of service.

    A background check and training plus 6 months of church attendance are required for this opportunity.

     

    Nursery Hallway Coordinator

    Greet parents and kids, manage scheduled teams of volunteers and assist as needed in nursery classrooms.

    A background check and training plus 6 months of church attendance are required for this opportunity.

    Special Needs Buddy

    Provide one-on-one assistance and support to a child with special needs as they participate in Sunday morning activities.

    A background check and training plus 6 months of church attendance are required for this opportunity.

     

    Children’s WIN Team 

    Be available to fill in on Sunday mornings “Whatever Is Needed”.  Lead a small group, assist with check-in, hold babies in the nursery…whatever is needed.

    Children’s WIN Jr. Helpter

    Be available to fill in on Sunday mornings “Whatever Is Needed”.  Handle tech, assist with check-in, play with young children…whatever is needed.

  • Jr. High Discussion Leader 

    A Discussion Leader is responsible for leading a table of students in discussing the lesson, they are responsible for reading the provided questions ahead of time in order to properly prepare. They serve on Sundays at 9:15am.  A background check and training plus 6 months of church attendance are required for this opportunity.

     

    High School Discussion Leader 

    A Discussion Leader is responsible for leading a table of students in discussing the lesson, they are responsible for reading the provided questions ahead of time in order to properly prepare. They serve on Sundays at 10:45am. A background check and training plus 6 months of church attendance are required for this opportunity.

     

    Jr. High Greeter

    A Discussion Leader is responsible for leading the group discussion that immediately follows the basecamp lesson. They are expected to connect with students and be present for games, worship and message.  They serve on Wednesday nights at 6pm.   A background check, interview and training plus 6 months of church attendance are required for this opportunity.

     

    Basecamp Greeter

    Greeters are the friendly faces that welcome the students into the summit. They are in charge of making sure students sign in and registering new students. They serve on Wednesday nights at 5:45pm.  A background check and training are required for this opportunity.

     

    Basecamp Concession

    Concessions leaders are in charge of the Basecamp Concession stand; they serve Wednesday nights at 5:45pm.  A background check and training are required for this opportunity.

    Responsible for overseeing overall Production aspects of Service (Slides, audio, worship,etc); they serve Wednesday nights at 5pm.  A background check and training plus 6 months of church attendance are required for this opportunity.

     

    Basecamp Service Coordinator

    Responsible for overseeing and maintaining overall flow of service; they serve Wednesday nights at 5pm. A background check and training plus 6 months of church attendance are required for this opportunity.

     

    Basecamp Audio Tech

    Front of House Audio Tech is responsible for mixing and controlling the live sound in the room to ensure balance and clarity; they serve Wednesday nights at 5pm.  A background check and training are required for this opportunity. Some Audio knowledge needed.
